Roman has been a professional painter in Central Indiana for the past 25 years. Roman started his career as a union painter learning various skills and techniques. He would then move on from the union commercial industry for custom home finishing. Taking the skills that he has acquired from both fields and applied it to help build the foundation of Indy Imperial.

Jason spent the early part of his construction career in the Environmental Management Field. He was a foreman during the Hurricane Katrina clean-up in New Orleans for two years. As a founding member of Indy Imperial, Jason leads our Safety & Compliance Program, as well as being a top Exterior Coatings Applicator.
